Starting wage: $13.00 – $16.00 depending on work experience.
All Positions – Requirements:
- Require one (1) year of professional landscape and lawn maintenance experience
- Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must have some knowledge of area/map skills
- Must pass random drug screenings
- Must be able to lift/move at least fifty (50) pounds
- Must be well organized
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be have good work ethic
- Must be personable and respective to fellow team members and customers
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to work individually or as a team
- Must be a quick learner
- Must be prompt and on time
- Must be willing to work longer hours during peak season
- Must be a quick learner and forward thinker
Lawn Spray Teknician
- -mix materials according to specs
- apply organic liquid lawn applications
- perform deep root injections
- have basic math applications
- equipment clean up
- equipment maintenance
- misc landscaping tasks as needed
- misc tasks where needed/assigned
- customer service skills
Sprinkler Teknician
- perform sprinkler start ups
- perform repairs and maintenance
- work on clocks
- equipment clean up

Mowing Teknician
- must be detailed oriented
- operate various mowers – riding and walk behind
- operate aerators
- operate trimmers/blowers
- operate motorized spreaders
- sweeping up customer/work areas
